Meridian Church Softball

The Meridian Church Softball League uses the ASA rules governing amateur slow pitch softball. This year the ASA has changed the pitching height requirements for slow pitch.

According to the ASA 2010 Rule Changes and Comments:
Rule 6, Section 3H: The ball must be delivered with a perceptible arc and reach a height of at least 6 feet from the ground while not exceeding a height of 10 feet.

The rules in the past years have required the top of the arc of the pitch be between 6 and 12 feet high.
